If I'm understanding your question correctly, I think the problem is that you just need to re-Bind your data bound controls after the user clicks the button to change the Selected item. You can use ControlName.DataBind() to do that. Does that make sense?
Thanks for your comment,ye, I was trying that, I had this piece of code in Page_Load method, unforutnately but it wasn't working - the code was fired but the datagrid was not re-binded. At the end, I solved the problem by putting the whole custom control(pop-up page) into the update panel, after that, everytime the panel is pop-upped, the page is updated/refreshed. – Frankie Aug 9 at 7:33 Well done sir!
You may want to update the title of this question to have Solved in front of it. – jadarnel27 Aug 9 at 12:03 @jadarnel27: No, we dont' put Solved in the title here. – Bill the Lizard?
Aug 9 at 12:15 @Frankie: If you have a solution to your problem, you can post it as an answer of your own and accept that answer (click the green check mark next to the answer score) so others will know that's what solved your problem. – Bill the Lizard? Aug 9 at 12:16 @Bill: Oh, thanks.
Sorry about that, I thought I had seen it before. – jadarnel27 Aug 9 at 12:47.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
