How to remove a jammed cassette tape from my car stereo?

This is what I did..... called hubby that is very patient and he found a way to roll it back in so to be able to get the tape out. Me, I would have yanked the darn thing from the dashboard with a hammer, destroy part of the car, go for anger management classes, buy a new tape player, a new tape and be forever angry that the favorite tape was destroyed.

Thanks for your reply Violet1, but I was looking for step by step instructions so I can attempt to take the tape out. The tape is jammed in, and if I attempt to eject the tape, it makes a loud clicking noise. Would your husband by chance know how to get the tape out in this situation?

From Yahoo Answers:Take the stereo out of the dash and open up the case and then try to click the release mechanism inside that will make it pop out. This is no tape inside the cassette it self there is only a magnetic sensor in it. If you don't know what youre doing just take it to a car stereo or electronics store and have them remove the adapter for you.Com/question/index?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
