How to safely exterminate roaches at home?

Get rid of nasty bugs the easy way! Get it now!

You can try a pest control fogger (just make sure you don't have any pilot lights or other flames when you do). I've never tried that so I don't know how well it works. I suspect that there is no effective quick fix.In the long term what you need to do is mechanically disrupt their population as much as possible; i.e.

, step on them. Getting up a couple of times in the night and surprising them in the kitchen or bathroom is especially effective. Vacuuming often is also good.

Baits and traps are not very effective in my experience. Roaches need water, so dry your sink after use and don't leave other liquid sources out for them. Also keep your areas clean of food and make your garbage receptacle inaccessible to them.

If you want to use chemicals but are worried about the health effects I would recommend either an endocrine disruptor, which prevents the cockroaches from reproducing but doesn't affect people. You might also look into Borax powder, although that's not entirely benign.

I had an answer for this question until I saw the word safely. LOL. I'm just joking.

I don't know. I hope you don't have them.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
