How to show Frame Rate (FPS) in Sims 2?

Unless there is an ingame feature for it, you have to download the free program called "fraps". Its basically a video recorder for your PC and has a feature to display FPS, even when not recording.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
