How to stop my neighbors dog from barking?

NO! NO! NO!

I would NEVER poison a dog just because its owner is an inconsiderate idiot! However, a few years ago when some other renters were living there they had 2 medium to medium large sized dogs. I don't know what breed they were.

Every evening they would let them out to run around the area and they would come over into my yard and take a big dump before going back to there own yard. So I started saving leftovers like hamburger helper and about the time that they would let the dogs out I would heat up the left overs and mix in about half a box of chocolate ex-lax and set it out on the porch for the dogs. From the reactions coming from the people the next morning, the dogs must of had a "accidental discharge" in the middle of the night.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
