How to stretch background image of a table cell with CSS?

It is possible to stretch a background image using vendor-specific CSS 3 rules. Not supported by older browsers and IE, though, so it's of very limited use at the moment.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
