The best way to treat a canker sore is to brush your teeth and use mouth wash often. The cleaner your mouth is, the better. You can also put hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip and put it on the sore to clean it out.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
