In addition to elders who oversee doctrine, direction, and discipline, each Harvest Bible Chapel has individuals that serve as deacons. The elders choose deacons whose focus is on the church’s finances, facilities, and benevolence—ensuring that the elders are free to focus on doctrine, direction, and discipline. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
