How will DIR handle products agencies need today for which there are no contracts in place?

Agencies are only obligated to purchase commodity items from DIR for which DIR has a contract. If DIR does not hold a contract for the particular class/item code, then the agency can procure that item through other avenues. DIR will work to put contracts in place where a reasonable demand exists in two or mare state agencies.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
