Everyone - EVERYONE - has a weakness. If it's not physical, it's mental. Think of how many Superman villians never had Kryptonite, but have sent the Man of Steel on a series of challenges or kidnapped Lois Lane.
Just because Thor doesn't have a "Kryptonite" doesn't mean that Loki hasn't sent him on wild goose chases and/or pitted Thor against a strong(er) enemy through a series of deceptions. Hulk can jump pretty high, but Batman can fly in his Batplane and strike from afar with or without allies. He could also confuse the poor rage-a-holic.
Galactus has been defeated in the past with both physical (Ultimate Nullifier) and emotional threats - both of which Batman would be capable of handling. Frankly, I think he'd have a tough time going head-to head with Silver Surfer, but if he could trick Surfer into flying into a black hole or something... Same with the DBZ Super Saiyans. They're faster and more powerful, but he's smarter.
And it's ridiculously easy to get them to fight each ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
