I have always used lamb and rice for dogs with skin allergies with good success. The key, I've been told, is to stay away from anything with chicken in it. I believe that LID also has that formula available.
We use the LID Venison/Sweet Potato and Lamb/Rice for our dog, and she does well - but she's active and weight isn't a problem. I don't know if venison vs. lamb would really make a difference weight-wise, so I would try lamb first, or switch between the two. They say that's not good for the digestion, but we do it all the time and our dog doesn't suffer.
Maybe because we stay in the same brand or because it is Limited Ingredient.
I was asking more about these specific brands. I've heard both bad and good things about Nature's Recipe and did not see much about Natural Balance.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
