By seeing your code I think You are trying to read data from your localHost If want connection to your localhost you have to specify IP Address of your computer for example URL url = new URL("IPAddressOfComputer/Sfacgi/accounts/look...).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
