Hydronic baseboard vs electric baseboard?

By hydoric I am assuming you mean hot water. Here's my opnion. Go with electric.

Hot water baseboard heat is the biggest reason I am moving.

The electric hydronic baseboards are bigger for the same wattage, which means they have a lower surface temperature, and don't have the "tick tick tick" sound that standard electric baseboards make. The drawback is that they take longer to respond than standard electric baseboards, and cost a lot more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
