This guy is lying. It's impossible to put on that much muscle. Even with super heavy lifting, the human body can only physically only put on 2-3lbs of muscle per MONTH.
That's truly it. Also, the only way to know if you're gaining muscle and not fat is to get a scale that measures lean body mass as well as body fat percentage. This way, you will know if you're gaining fat or muscle.
Putting on muscle is very difficult, so you should visit a site like www.bodybuilding.com and set up your goals and work one of their programs. It if were easy, everyone would be walking around with tons of muscles. Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
