Oh darling there are no remedies for morning sickness. My first pregnancy I was sick until the 18th week. I tried EVERYTHING.

Some people find that ginger tea or tablets help. Having an empty stomach will often exacerbate the nausea. After weeks of morning sickness, I found that I was able to keep food down, only if I had not seen it being made.
