I am a minor and my adopted parents left me with my biological mother. None of them support me is that legal? By not supporting I mean that I get no money to buy neccessities like food, clothing, etc. The enviroment my biological ma lives in is unsafe and she is an alcoholic drug user.

Childservices You should'nt stay in an usteady enviorment like that, you need to talk to a cop our someone you trust in order to get tou in a safe place where you feel safe and have your everyday needs I don't know how your state child care system works but you will have clothes food and somewhere to sleep. Your adopted parent have illigally dropped and they cant just do that. I hope you get some help very soon God bless you .

1 While this seems much more complex than your question presents, it seems that the recourse you have is to return to the agency which handled your adoption. The option here, I believe, is that you will be placed in foster care or a group home. While these solutions might seem difficult, there is some implied safety and support in another setting.

2 If your "adopted" parents are your legal, formal guardians by law, and not some informal pick-up-the-slack kind of arrangement there probably is some violation of law on their part. They can't just decide to "give you back" to your biological mother. She is certainly breaking the law by keeping you in an unsafe, illegal environment and not providing for you.

Unfortunately it is up to you to remedy the situation. Talk to an adult you trust, a teacher, or your school principal, or even a cop. They need to get in touch with Child Protective Services, whatever form that takes in your location.

Failing that, get in touch with them yourself. Good luck.

3 I agree with peppercat. You definetly have to go to the agency or to the nearest child and family department.

4 You can go into foster care or find someone at a church that will take you in or live with a friend...It depends on what you want.

My mother adopted my daugher, how do I get her back.

How do I find out my biological parents names.

At what age can someone visit they're biological parents by themselves when adobted.

Looking for a book: a girl discovers that her birth mother was adopted and the two go to meet the mothers birth parents.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
