I7 is pretty overkill. Unless you do a lot of rendering, just get an i5. Get a Cooler Master Hyper 212+ cooler instead.
Also, don't get the 5850 if you're paying more than $150 for it. Get the 560 Ti if you can.
The only two things I looking at is the motherboard and the processor everything else falls in place and the answer is no, the motherboard is a lga 1366 socket and the processor is a lga 1155 a intel i7 - 900 series will work for that motherboard i7-920 through 990x price range from 270 -1100 dollars, a asus p8p67 series motherboard will work for that lga 1155 processor.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
