We all had to start at the beginning to learn how to cook! The main thing to do, start with really easy recipes, and experiment! Epicurious is a good website to look at, as they have hundreds of good and easy recipes to start with.

As far as your question of what you should do if you like to cook but can't really do it effectively. First of all, practice makes perfect. The more you cook, the better you will be at it so cook a lot.
One common mistake that new cooks make is keeping burners to high in terms of heat. They often burn things as a result. Try cooking with your burners at a setting of about five instead of seven or eight.
That will give you more time to react if something starts going wrong - such as burning. You should also try frying foods in a combination of vegetable oil and butter - the butter makes it taste better but the oil has a higher burning point. This will also help you to cook better.
Watch cooking shows on television so that you can pick things up, and you can also search the internet for cooking videos for meals you are interested in learning how to prepare. Check out local community colleges to see if they offer any beginning cooking classes as well as you can learn a lot from an instructor and hands on practice. You'll get better with time.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
