I am getting married next year. But scared/nervous about first night. (I m a gay :( don't know how should I handle?

You need to go to the county courthouse of the county that you live in and obtain a marriage license. There is a small fee for this. Both partners should go as both will have to sign the license.

You should have the marriage date set because sometimes the license expires within a certain number of days. Then, when you are ready you go to the courthouse and a judge/officiant will perform the ceremony. You will need to take two people with you to serve as witnesses.

When your date is set, you need to contact the courthouse and make an appointment with judge/officiant. At allotted time, you and partner go, take marriage license, 2 witnesses and that's all you need. If you don't want to take anyone with your ask if witnesses are available at the courthouse.

It only has to be two people to witness that you signed voluntarily (like a secretary from the next office, etc. cannot be the judge/officiant) Ask for the clerk of court and he/she should be able to answer all of your questions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
