Irregular heart beat is a medical condition and you should see a doctor. It can be the result of a variety of other conditions which are not related to the heart. A very common cause of arrhythmia is a thyroid condition.
See a doctor.
Your question made me wonder if you've been diagnosed by a doctor as having irregular heartbeats (arrhythmia), or whether you say your heartbeats are irregular because you're experiencing heart palpitations (what you can feel when it suddenly feels as if your heart is dramatically fluttering in your chest).
Either way, you do need to get checked out by a doctor. If you're having heart palpitations, though, that doesn't necessarily mean you have a heart condition causing the palpitations. Anemia and any number of other non-heart-related conditions can cause palpitations.
Even anxiety can cause it. My point here is that getting that unsettling feeling that your heart is fluttering or otherwise not being its usual self doesn't necessarily mean the cause is "a bad heart". A lot of people experience heart palpitations once in awhile.
They're not something you should be having regularly, though.
Having said that,... It's really really important that you get checked out by a doctor (if you're experiencing heart palpitations often enough to make you wonder if you have a heart condition), because a) whatever is causing the problem does need to be addressed, but 2) if you actually have a heart condition it could, of course, be life-threatening.
Do a few searches on both of these: "Arrhythmia" and "heart palpitations". Here's on quick link: nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/arrhythmia.html.
I hope that you visited your Doctor and had a physical done.
Irregular heart beats need to be taken seriously.
It is my understanding, many people have a degree of irregular heart beat. I'm not a Doctor, but I would surely go see my Doctor if I were at all concerned!
I have a simple Digital Blood Pressure Monitor and a Digital Puleswave Analyzer which I use frequently.
A Medical Doctor would probably suggest several tests to determine if there's cause for alarm.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
