Well, there's no point in counting your chickens before they hatch. I think that's actually what makes people get old. It's about 90% psychological.

They just keep telling themselves over and over how weak and helpless they are until they believe it. God is the God of surprises, and I love that about Him. I don't live my life anticipating any of the stereotyped stuff about old folks, because nothing is really stamped in concrete, either bad or good.

I don't know if I'm gonna die tomorrow or live to be 100 and get a speeding ticket on my birthday. Sometimes I think I'm delusional, because my classmates are dropping like flies around me. You'd think I'd have enough sense to know that that could be me, but for some reason, I don't.

I'm confused about the word "assumptions". I guess you could say I don't assume anything anymore. I ask a lot of questions.

Things have changed since I had a positive attitude, and mostly it's because of technology. Technology is always changing (and seniors are getting left out).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
