Hmm...I'm not entirely sure this is aggression or rage. I am wondering how young this pup was when removed from its mon and litter? I have a bottle raised orphan who has "conniption fits" and snarls and snaps furiously sometimes if you try to interfere with something she wants to do.
It LOOKS like a aggressive rage but I think it's because she didn't learn behavior from a mum and litter mates. I got her at 10 weeks when she was 3 lbs and she's full grow at 10 lbs. She still occasionally behaves that way.
She is an incredibly loving and sweet little dog but when she behaves like a demon it's almost scary even though she's a tiny dog. I suggest you research positive training and get into a puppy class immediately. PetSmart has a good and inexpensive positive training program.
It sounds to me like you are doing a fine job and just need a little help from a dog professional. Be sure you are getting POSITIVE training help, look it up.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
