Unable to determine with the information provided. SSD by itself is not taxable, and the money sitting in the trust is not taxable to you as long as it stays in the trust. But, if you take income from the the trust, and then add that to the SSD, if the total comes to $25,000 or more if single or $32,000 if married, 50% of the disability benefit will be added to the trust income for tax purposes.

If the amount is $34,000 if single or $44,000 if married then 85% of the SSD is added to trust income for tax purposes. If the two added together come to less than the above amounts, only the trust income is subject to tax.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
