I have personally used The Westin Dublin multiple times I have used their hotel multiple times, their service is top notch. As an american traveling abroad its comforting to stay with a recognizable brand name. Additional they have Good ratings on HotelTattler.com and Trip Advisor.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
