I can only think of "Crocodile Dundee" where the lady reporter is pulled into the water by a croc but is saved by the hero, Dundee.
Thanks goldie080. But thats not it I think it might have been on lifetime. This movie had a woman thrown into a lake by a guy in like a fishing boat ,and she gets dragged under by a gator,and this like indian man finds her,and helps heal her,than she gets plastic surgery and becomes a super model and than she runs into the man who threw her in the water and I think she takes revenge.
