I am using PC version. Please help me to get Red Hare How to get Red Hare without time trick?

In reality, I think getting the red hair is completely random and based on luck. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
