I am writing my second resignation letter in just one year....do I have a problem?

The answer to your question is dependent upon all the factors relating to the working relationship between you and each of the employers, your reasons for wanting to leave (or change positions), so it's a little difficult to give the appropriate response without knowing all the facts.

I know you Ronhi. You're highly intelligent, educated, and perceptive. To be completely honest, I value your gut instincts!

If you quit somewhere, you did it in your very best interests. Those who are highly perceptive and educated don't always fit into the "normal" routine of things. I can almost guarantee you did the right thing for yourself and your career.

Never doubt this. It's definitely Them and not You! :) Move on, do well for yourself, and don't settle.

People change jobs a lot more now though if you change really regularly it is worth thinking about what your resume will say about how long you'll stay at the next job. Not the end of the world but the next employer will probably ask about why you moved so some thoughts about what didn't suit you (without being negative, particularly if the boss was the issue) and what is going to be good about the next one you apply for could help when you go for the next interview.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
