There's no such thing as 'custody' or 'access' anymore. If you were married when your daughter was born you both share parental responsibility, and that doesn't change just because your daughter doesn't live with you. A Residence Order will decide where the child lives so you will need to apply to a Court for this to be agreed, a Contact Order will also legally agree the arrangements for the child to see the non-resident parent.
Once a Contact Order is made it is important that the arrangements are adhered to otherwise the other parent can apply to change or revoke the Order. You really need to speak to a solicitor as soon as you possibly can. Additional: she can take your child out of the country for up to 30 days without your permission.
If you're worried about her leaving the country with her again you can apply for a Prohibited steps Order to prevent this. Please see a solicitor.
Technically there is no law that says a wife must live in the same house as her husband. She can leave at any time she wants and as the child's mother she has the right to take the child where ever she wants. With no divorce or seperation there is nothing for the courts to regulate and she can do what she wants to do.
The Question Is...What do you want to do?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
