I bought a car (out of state) fr a dealership and took out a bank loan and the dealer stole my $ now I have no car. Sug? The dealer took the check the bank gave them and never got me the car.

They kept giving me excuses as to why they couldn't get the car. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? They are out of business because they scammed so many ppl with not producing titles to cars ppl made payments to.

If they're out of business there may be nobody or no company to sue. The bank has title to the car so they may have some interest in getting their cash or property.

File the criminal charges TurboB mentioned, and get yourself a lawyer to sue them for your money - that's the only way you'll ever get it - and you probably won't get more than a penny on the dollar then. Look at it as an expensive lesson. Trust no one.

I traded my car in for another and the dealership has not paid off the loan for the trade in car. What rights do I have? " "Why are there dealer plates?

I know how they are used at the dealership. I mean for the dealer's personal use?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
