I bought a timeshare and cancelled the contract within the ten days, but havent recieved my deposit? what do I do?

I would start there. If you cancelled within the prescribed time to get your deposit refunded, then if you don't get satisfaction by phone (try a couple of times), I would have an attorney write them a letter. But if it doesn't specifically say in the "fine print" that you will be refunded the entire amount of the deposit, you won't be seeing any money back, I'm afraid...Kat .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
