I was told they don't use casts anymore. They use velcro boots which can be opened and adjusted. I toed in after my fractured ankle and sprains but I was immediately assigned to physical therapy and the exercises readjusted my stance very quickly.

You got good advice. I just want to add, that if you don't get it reset now and it begins to fuse, they will have to re-break it to set it right. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
