First of all, I would say, do like everyone else has said, and talk to the seller and/or website you placed the order with. Next if you purchased the book directly from Amazon. Com as a brand new book and Amazon.Com is shipping directly to you, and you have NOT purchased the book from one of Amazon.

Com's many 3rd party sellers; then Amazon. Com does not charge your account for the order until it has shipped, and once the order has shipped, then they can't cancel the order, as the item is already on the truck, being delivered. Sounds like you should probably contact Amazon.
