I use to be very shy. I had a job where I had to interact and I got over being shy. Maybe it is better to stretch the limits of our boundaries and grow then to work with our limitations and stay unchanging.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
