If you take 10 to 15 mins to complete 2 mile then you can run a half marathon.
Most people that are training for any type of long distance can increase their mileage by running and stopping for extra miles. If you can only run 2 miles at once, are you able to run 1 mile, walk 1/2 mile, run 1 mile up to 6 miles (4 run, 2 walk). Start to increase your mileage that way until you are comfortable running up to 7-8 miles straight.
You don't necessarily need to be able to run 13.1 miles every day, but maybe every other week for a long run to prepare for the half marathon. Add some short hard speed workouts to your long runs and you should be on your way to the half marathon.
It depends upon how much you are willing to train. Between now and April 30th, there are about ten weeks. Starting at two miles, add roughly a mile each week until you reach 13 miles; you will need discipline and dedication.
I did this for my cross country team and got up to twelve miles before preseason in the summer. I ran every day, except Sundays, and I eventually worked my way up. Hope this helps!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
