Having the same problem, I removed everything about visual studio from 2010 to 2012, reboot and reinstalled 2012 RC with all selection checked. And it works now.
The way I stopped getting the error message was to remove the following sections in the . Sln file that looked similar to this.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
