I can't connect to a wireless network on my desktop but no problems on my laptop with the same network. Any idea why?

Yes. Everything was working last night. I am restarting my desktop right now a third time.

If not, please check the configuration on your desktop computer, making sure the SSID and key are correct. Also, it could be a hardware problem, such as the card is not seated right because of thermal expansion, or the card simply went kaput. I hope the restart fixed the problem.

If not, please give more details so we can help you diagnose .

There are the steps of how to fix this question. #Connect your iPod Touch to your first Mac. Plug your iPod USB cable (included with your iPod Touch) into an available USB port on your Mac (indicated by the trident symbol, appearing on the connector and above your USB ports) and into the bottom of your iPod Touch.

The longer connector plugs into the iPod, and the shorter connector into your computer. # 2Open iTunes on your first Mac. By default, the program should appear on your main Apple dock, which appears as a horizontal strip along the bottom of your desktop, or as a vertical strip along the left side of your desktop.

The iTunes icon looks like a blue, animated music note in front of a CD. If you don't see iTunes on your dock, open your main "Macintosh HD" folder, double-click "Applications" and locate iTunes among your programs. # 3Click "iPod Touch" in the left column of your iTunes browser.

If you gave your iTouch a unique name during setup, such as "My iPod," then it will appear under that name. When you click the "iPod Touch" heading, your "Options" will appear in the main window. # 4Click the small box appearing beside the words "Manually Manage Music and Videos."

This places a check mark inside the box, allowing you to sync only the media you want to add to your iTouch by dragging the files directly onto your "iPod Touch" icon in the left column. You can also sync your entire iTunes library at any time by clicking the "Sync" button on the iPod "Options" window. # 5Eject your iTouch by clicking the black triangle symbol directly to the right of the "iPod Touch" heading in your left column.

Disconnect the iPod Touch from your compsuter. # 6Connect your iPod Touch to your second computer and repeat steps 2 through 5. Whenever you want to sync media from one of your two computers, just connect your iTouch, open iTunes and drag files directly onto the device icon.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
