I can't extract a .tar.gz file on my Windows machine. Why not?

You need to use WinZip twice. (WinZip is a bit weird when it comes to .tar. Gz archives).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
