I tried the code that gives you the 493 master balls I followed the correct instructions and in my bag. it said I have 13 Master Balls but there was a question mark infront of the thirteen. Why?

The reason why you only have 13 is because the code you got was a bad code. I would try a different one, and if you can report the original code.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
