1 Call the IRS and arrange to pay your back taxes, or called your nearest Federal prison and ask to be put in it.
2 Relax. At most, you will owe back taxes and the interest and penalties applicable to those. All you will need to do is file the appropriate forms - and send in a check. It isn't considered tax evasion unless you willfully concealed income.
Your earnings were likely reported to the IRS by your employers, and it could be that if you had enough withheld, you don't owe anything.
If so, just file your taxes with the form for the appropriate year. (They're all on the web site.) Generally, young people can get away with the 1040EZ form, which really is fairly simple to handle. You might owe interest, but if your employers took out deductions, you might even get money back.
Despite its reputation, the IRS generally is more interested in getting its money, not persecuting people who make mistakes. If you don't have your W2s, try to get them. If they were filed with the IRS, you can call them to get a copy:irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=106470,00... there weren't any W2s (or 1099s), do your best to estimate your income from your records.

If they are linked, you might be in trouble. Chances are good they are NOT linked. But in the final analysis - it is what it is.
If you are due a refund - go for it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
