Mahalolian is funny - kind of works (as interestingly noted from above - I never noticed that spelling before). Mahaloan could also work well if a change is something everyone thinks is in order. However; don't think Mahalonian sounds right - too 'made up.

Wow your right, I never noticed how hard it is to pronounce. I like the word mahalonian, but I don't think theres much chance of changing it. Mayby in a few years it will happen, but don't expect it to happen right away.
I agree with you. The word is almost ugly the way it is now. It is one of those words you look at, andjust know that it is going to sound really neat, ...if you can just figure out how to say it.
Lots of luck getting it changed.
I prefer it how it is now. Adding an n doesn't make it easier to pronounce in my opinion. Babylonian has an n because it is in the original word.
I don't think it makes sense to add an n out of nowhere.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
