Most likely, no. Netstumbler will report WPA/WEP networks all as WEP. The program makes no difference in reporting.
In older versions of Netstumbler, WPA wouldn't even show up as encrypted and my guess would be, in the later versions, there will be a difference in how Netstumbler reports the network encryption. More.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
