You can call the police, file a report. It will go to court, its much simpler than it sounds. My best friend had this happen to her and now her ex-boyfried who uploaded it is in jail for one year.
You can PM me if you need help. You should tell him he has 24 hours before you call the cops. Tell him he will go to jail.
AND RECORD THE PHONE CALL. Thats how ny friend proved her case. Record it!
Don't forget to record him. PM me, ill help you get him in the slammer. I hate scumbags like that.
I can think of a few interesting avenues of attack: 1. Who pushed the button on the camera? If you controlled the camera in any way, I think you have a good case for joint authorship (and joint copyright).
You could probably use the same mechanisms that the content cartels use to take down unauthorized reproductions of works to which they own exclusive rights. 2. I know sod-all about UK law, but perhaps the case could be pursued as defamation of character or invasion of privacy.
You might wish to ask a competent legal professional (which I am most assuredly not) about your options, if you can find one within your budget. 3. If amateursonly pays uploaders per view, you probably have a very good case to demand that he pay you for the use of it or take it down entirely.
Accounting for your royalties will probably cause more trouble for him than taking it down. Again, contact a competent legal professional for legal advice. Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
