There are some types of back pain that can feel like kidney pain but are actually back problems:integrative-healthcare.org/mt/archives/2... stones are horribly painful and it's likely if it were that you'd be in pain more often, but anything is possible. Kidney infections can hurt very badly as well. health.discovery.com/centers/pain/back/b... are some specifics on what kidney pain could be:Kidney Stones: Kidney stones form when the urine crystallizes into hard balls in the kidney.
They are fairly common and quite painful. Most people pass kidney stones through urine, but some people require surgery. The kidney pain caused by kidney stones occurs when the stones block the flow of urine, causing a back up.
Some people have described pain from kidney stones to be as intense as the pain experienced during childbirth. In any case, the kidney pain caused by stones is not constant; rather, it flows over a person in waves, starting on one side or the other and moving as the stone moves. Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): Another common reason for kidney pain is a urinary tract infection.
UTIs happen to most people at least once in their lives, and some people, especially women, are prone to them. UTIs in and of themselves usually only affect the bladder. However, for some people, this infection spreads to the kidney, where it becomes more serious.
Commonly, UTIs that spread to the kidneys cause fever, vomiting, chills, and abdominal pain. Again, the pain usually comes and goes in waves, rather than being constant. Cancer of the Kidney: Tumors in the kidney are rare.
However, they are a cause of kidney pain. In most cases, problems with your kidney are felt as piercing, intense pains, like a migraine headache. However, kidney cancer is the one type of kidney pain that may be constant and dull.
Kidney cancer is only painful if it is not caught early on and the tumors grow large enough to push on the spine or other organs or large enough to block the urine partially or completely. If you see your doctor annually, the kidney cancer should never reach this point. It will be caught before you feel any kidney pain. http://hubpages.com/hub/Kidney-PainBest thing to do is to see a doctor immediately.

This could be a sign of kidney stones. Since you've had this problem on and off for 5 years, it sounds to me like kidney or gallstones. These are very painful and can be experienced at intervals of every few weeks to a couple times per year.
Please seek medical attention as soon as possible, that way a doctor can further assist you in your problem. When you do see a doctor, be sure to tell him/her exactly what kind of symptoms you experience every month. Stones are a very common issue.
I hope this helps. Sources: yourtotalhealth.ivillage.com/gallstones-... .
Go to the doctor. If you're asking for advice, please go see a doctor. If it has gone on for five years and still occurs it is probably a sign of something serious. In any event, only a medical professional can help you cure it if it is bothering you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
