Your child are most important. Your duty as a father is to love and protect your children. If your new partner, simply "doesn't want your kids", I would leave her.

She obviously isn't a nice person. Of course you could always try counselling, but honestly, this isn't a little issue and you can't change a mean person. As for your kids with her, you have a duty to them as well.

Which means emotionally and financially supporting them, even if you aren't with their mother.
