A little too late to be worried about her. Had you been supervising and kept her securely contained when you couldn't this would never have happened. Vets are open 24/7, so stop with the excuses and take her in asap.
She is suffering excruciating pain and will die a slow painful death if you do nothing. Nothing we can do for you, even a vet can't help your dog without examining it.
