Please do not help the baby duck hatch. This will do more harm than good.

Leave it alone, it will either hatch and live, or it is already dead; it is the way of Mother Nature I'm afraid.
Leave the egg until 28 days. You can help them to peel the shell step by step. If the duck move, you can assist the duck.
