I have a amazon package and it keeps saying arrived at carrier facility?

Once it is at the carrier facility from which your mail is delivered, then check by 10am, if the package will be delivered that day then the tracking will say "out for delivery".

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
