I have a deed that was executed and transacted prior to the effective date of the law, am I still required to complete and sign a GIT/REP form?

Yes. A GIT/REP-4 form must be submitted to the Division of Taxation Regulatory Services Branch for approval. The original form will be returned with the Divisions Seal to be recorded with the deed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
