Find a Dell certified repair shop in your phone book or on the net (there are some) and take it to them.. Odds are, if the tech is experienced, he will know how to deal with Dell and get the laptop fixed right and, since its under warranty, it will be no charge to you.

I myself am Dell certified and have the pleasures (sarcasm) of dealing with them on a daily basis. And next time you go shopping for a laptop, spend a little extra and get a Lenovo.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
