It could be any of several factors:1) you could be overfilling the machine2) you could be telling the indicators that it is a small load when it is in fact large3) your water supply isn't sending hot water (or warm water), just cold (hose blocked, or hooked up to wrong water supply)4) washer's motor isn't agitating or spinning properly5) washer's computer (control unit) is screwing upYour job is to test #1 #2 and #3 first, before you call for repair.
None of the factors come in to play, everything adjust automatic an there is no agitator. It is a Maytag Brovos Typ58 BongoOP 6 months ago .
I have a Whirlpool Cabrio which is the same as the Maytag Bravo. I noticed at first that some clothes were not getting as clean as they should. I thought maybe I was packing them in too tight and loosened it up.
That seems to have worked. The new models for this year you do not have to pack the clothes around the sides, as they fixed that problem.
There are some ground rules for this type of high efficiency top load washer. First, you absolutely can not "pack" or compact the load onto the machine. Second you must be sure to use high efficiency detergent and not normal detergent.
If you are doing both of these things and it still does not wash to your satisfaction, then unfortunately you are one of the first generations of consumers to experience the new lower standard of performance that these machines provide. Just know that you are not alone, a lot of peope agree with you. The manufacturers are prioritizing energy savings over performance, similar to the auto industry in some respects.
The manufacturer will most likely tell you that the machine is working as designed.
Thanks you for you input, we have tried everything, we ran the rinse cycle frist and then washed but got the same result. BongoOP 6 months ago .
I don't have one, but checked out the model demo on-line. I believe you should call the people that sold it to you. Their advertising expressly covers heavily soiled clothes.
The agitator is small, but should be designed to do the job. Call the seller or MAYTAG, .
Tide makes one that numerous other manufacturers recommend.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
